Maoists withdraw their motions

Kantipur Report

KATHMANDU, Nov 4 - The Maoists have withdrawn their motions to support the UML amendment motion during the ongoing special session of the interim parliament, which is due to settle the motions tabled by the CPN-Maoist and amendment proposals lodged by the CPN-UML and a few other parties by voting.

However, the parties have laid emphasis on the need to keep the seven-party unity intact.
