Don't get surprised if a bank raises rates even one has been paying bank loan installment regularly. And it can raise rate after a year without any notice or letter. I have seen rate raised from 8.5 percent to 14 plus percent just in couple of years. I am talking about a well established क class of old bank, not Finance Co or Co-ops.
