.Asylum is for people who are fearing prosecution not to enjoy immigration benefits by lying. they won't get deported instantly. the case will be sent to the court. but be realistic, they won't be able to go home for a long time. they must be around 50. it's gonna be a heck of a time for them to get adjusted here. paper is not everything. they will be fine in Nepal.
