try the US Army......probably your education will be a plus......look for MAVNI program....more info in Facebook. age max limit is 42 , its just another idea ONLY....and NO im not in the army but some friends of mine joined through this program. or marry and American.......sapper1 has a good advice too...goodluck anyways

You might qualify for EB-1B outstanding professor and researcher category. You will need three(or more) years of teaching or research position in Your acqdemic area or a research position(if not with your university) with University or Institute of higher education.
So if you fit in the category of outstanding under uscis's standards you will receive a green card . And the good part about your application is you can directly get a green card without labor certification.
