 how to prepare for Visit visa

Hi guys,

My wife tried for visit visa but she got rejection reason: my financial situation is very low. However I showed $20,000 and my 10,000 in US bank. I showed asset valuation 72 lakh + 20 lack of country side.

Is is good to apply once again? if yes, what to prepare?? and how???
