 What’s the best course of MERN stack on udemy?

There are plenty of them but I’m unable to decide which is the best. Please help me.
I prefer courses that teach first theory then practical. Also, instead of focusing course on 10s of projects, it’s better for me if they do 1 project only. I don’t like courses which all they do is to make us copy paste code, fix errors from stackoverflow and produce a nice output. I want more learning(ofc error fix ta garnai paryo), behind the scenes, more fundamentals learning.
If courses can’t fill this purpose, please recommend books. I can’t read that much, but I’ll try my best.
