Hello,
I recently graduated from graduate school and stated working with OPT in a small company as R&D engineer. My company has about 30 employees and they are not e-verified company and they never had international employee before, they do not know the process but they are willing to go through the immigration process. My OPT expires in 9 months and I am thinking to extend my OPT but the company need to participate in E-verification. What would be the process for e-verification for a company? If I apply GC via company, how long it takes for its approval.Since I am on non immigration visa, can I still extend my OPT having been applied for GC. I have another option to apply for TPS EAD, but heard that GC process via TPS is taking longer. Would you please share if some of you had to go through this process? Thank you in advance for your suggestion.
