We have TPS status ( before TPS was granted , we were out of status),
Are we eligible for sponsorship for Green card ? via work? We did also travel out of the country once we had TPS so that does making our Status current( if law interprets in that way) . We have talked to few lawyers and there are no clear answers. We live in NY if that matters.
Your genuine suggestions are very much appreciated.
Thank you !

its a tricky process n there's a small loophole, no lawyer can say it in YES or NO form, if you were out of status for less than 90 days, adjustment is possible through EB1/2/3 otherwise fairly impossible with current bill. you are safe to travel in /out ( depending) until ur protected by tps. if u r out of status for 90+ days u are legally breathing american air until tps is functioning. there is nothing much u can do about it rather praying the continuation of tps n discontinuation of current regime. other than that marrying us citizen exiting the us and reentering with legal status is only option. adjustment cannot be made for those who are out of status for more than 90 days until they exit the country

There is still chance via Employment even if you were out of status for less than a year.

don't overthink, what's gone is gone, take tps as opportunity find a girl spend money get married n settle, if ur already married divorce and marry again . ( i hope u got the point ) , im saying koz im seeing this, if u qualify, resettle canada . just dnt spend hard earn money in ABC lawyers for XYZ options, for there is not much options left . seems tps will prolong at least 2 years ( guess), u have plenty of time to earn and to spend on ur status. work on it . nothing is impossible good luck

I think you should give shot with EB1, EB2 or EB3 whatever applies to you, if you went to Nepal and came back , go for any of those options, don’t spend too much money on lawyer but give a shot, nothing to loose, you have status to fall back on
