I was looking for It consultancy as i m not from IT backgroud and i found one online consultancy .They are willing to train me but they need me to sign the non compete agreement for the training..
Training is free .And QA/BA ko lagi ..Solutions Sync LLC ho ..do u guys have any idea..

charging fee for training is ok.... but this .... before the project assignment..... wired......
--- now a days you can get free training with no obligation...... screw... non-competence...... but You need to be honest and honor your verbal commitment.......
----- there are plenty of them.... need suggestion?

Yes bro they told me until i sign the agreement its for 1 year contract have right to train for 1 month and 5 month for marketing online..and they wont let me train until i signed the docuements and send it to them

And i actully gave my resume to Canvas infotech in fremont .They gave it their recruiters which was the Company
