Hi, I need a help. My Fiance is an US Citizen, and if i apply for a K Nonimmigrant Visa (Fiance Visa) from both Nepal or USA, what will be the fastest way to get the visa? Moreover, after marriage if i apply for a Spouse Visa from both Nepal or USA, How much time it will take to get the visa? What is the relevant and fastest  way? Please give me some ideas.

Thank You

Mitra bandhu, are you in the US or Nepal? Only difference would be the time it takes to arrive your application to one of the USCIS office here in the US.

"after marriage if i apply for a Spouse Visa from both Nepal or USA" - 3 to 6 moths max.

Yo website dherai ramro chha testo info ko lagi- http://www.visajourney.com/content/times Best of luck!
