More than this, I think of Prime Ministerial election in Nepal or lets say "Prime Ministerial Running Cup-2010". Ha ha ha... Nepal is the world's topper in PM election that has undergone so many runoff elections. Nepal can easily claim for Guinness Book of World Record for this :D
