This may sound kinda wiered and conservative but very true. Can any nepali guy think why nepali girls go with indian or pakistani? I don't know if anyone even thought about it but this is a serious issue and challenge to nepali guys. I'm a nepali guy and personally I think nepali guys are more understanding and loving. Does anyone have anything to say on it??

Had been a few days since I had browsed through the posts in sajha. I really did not even read through all of this thread.... it just got too long, BUT I am assuming that the basic idea it is trying to convey is "WHY DO NEPALI WOMEN GO WITH MEN OF OTHER NATIONALITY". Correct me if I am wrong.

This is so weird and amazing. I mean come on arent there enough Nepali men who date people from other nationality? There are people from all around the world dating and mixing with one another, but when Nepali women do it, there are questions raised. I mean how dumb can it get?

Personally I have never and will NOT date people from other nationality, the reason??-- I would rather speak with MY GUY in my own mother tongue, and enjoy the same food taste and other small things in life that realy dont count. BUT I have had cousins and friends date and marry people from other nationality and HEY... as long as they are happy nothing else matters.

Marriage and dating is all about your happiness, compatibility, a sense of belongingness and the "someone" who you can be yourself with and be totally comfortable with. NOWHERE does it say that marriage is the act of officially accepting a person from the opposite sex and SAME nationality as your partner. Its just what makes you happy! So instead of looking at the caste, creed and nationality.. one should just choose a person one thinks s/he would be happy with!

2. nepali girls are seen mostly with indian/pakistani guys i would say cause there are more out there.
3. i only meet nepali guys in nepali parties where most of them get crunky drunk and fight over a girl who doesnt even know they exist! (I didnt say all of u do!!!)

I have no experience of making out with any Nepali girl, not even a single one for the very simple reason, I never got the oppurtunity to date Nepali girl(s) while I was in Nepal.

When I started dating I had already left Nepal and none of the girls were Nepalese. All were international from Latino college class mate to white Canadian to our own south Asian Bangladeshi girl.

I guess I should find some Nepalese girl and date and see how they turn out. Like to see if they really make out or it'll take million years to make out with them.

I guess both nepali boys and gurls date international/non-nepali people at the begining, but to settle down, most of them prefer nepali counterparts!!! ...Me personally, I cant have that kinda close connection with a foreign gurl as i would have with a nepali......But i think it helps a lot to get aquainted with the american lifestyle if you date an american !!!

Ever since I got divorced, I have been dating an American girl and I must say that my current gf is much better than my x-wife (Nepalese). Oh yeah, she did marry for money. After she got what she wanted she left me. Yeah, it's sad ;(

Now, don't get me wrong. Not everybody is same. As they say "you can't judge a book by its cover".

But frankly, I would much rather prefer a Nepalese girl (don't tell my girlfriend about this). There is something about them that attracts me. Maybe it's the language, maybe the way they look.
