Is your case still in the immigration court for the final hearing? There is always a risk to travel while in removal processing but I have seen people coming in without any issues. There are lot of factors that will be considered so it really depends on the each person

If you got TPS, you can file a motion to terminate your removal proceedings with ICE. If they don't agree on terminating, they will agree on administrative closure of your removal proceedings. Then you can travel with an AP with no issues.

Goto your nearest Immigration office with infopass and show your actually emergency to travel. You might be granted 30 day single travel document. Then sidhai KTM fly gare huncha ani aauda ni kei samaskya hudaina. Ya ta bhitri bato gaye huncha.( I am not a lawyer so its just my knowledge) Spend $100 and consult with a good attorney.
