How do we handle the tentative nonconfirmation of eVerify of EAD for someone on TPS (by self check method), what are the common issues and how do we resolve them? Calling DHS at 855-804-0296 is the thing to do, however nobody picks up the phone ? Just like Nepal !! Paid and applied for new EAD about 8 months ago, still pending ??? Thank you for your help.
