You can use Passport Photo - ID Photo app on your iphone. Take a picture on your own and then use the app to save the picture with the right dimensions on your phone. You can adjust the edges on the app. I believe it has the dimensions for the photos required for Nepal. Then run to local CVS/Walgreens/Rite-aid to print the photo on a 4 X 6 paper. Then you will have to cut the pictures on your own.. Its such a hassle but it works!

My idea is something similar to Ketofarar. In the olden days I used to do that, scan the passport size photos, edit them in Photoshop to your preferred sizes and then develop them, but I would use shutterfly website as I still have an account with them. So whenever I need my passport size photos I would order new 4 X 6 photos that consists of at least 6 passport or more auto photos each which I later cut them out to pieces. This is if you have time, but if time is a factor then yes do as what he has said above. In case you do not have Photoshop installed in your computer, you can use tons of free photo editing websites online. The one that I use every now and then is photopea.com. For me working with apps to edit the photos on your smart phone is still tough. Hope it helps.
