Hello Sajhaitis, I received an RFE for Birth Certificate from USCIS. I did include the Birth Certificate prepared by the municipality ( it was prepared recently) with my application package, but now they are asking for RFE. At this point, I have the following documents with me: Relationship verification document from the municipality, Same Birth Certificate that I sent with the application School, High school character certificates (in English) with father's name, DOB (both Nepali and English), and place of residence at the time of certificate issuance. What else would I need to include or prepare in order to get this RFE through? Suggestions are highly appreciated. Best.

Provide separate affidavits of birth from you mom and dad.

In my case i have sent the picture of my family childhood and named each person in picture eg, father mother brother sister and a letter from school saying this person completed grade 1 to slc from this school and as per school record his DOB and mother father name this this..... it approved good luck to you

@ark, do these affidavit needs be on VDC/muni letter head? Does it needs to be notarized by any agency or local officials?
