Suggestion: please focus on cleanliness and price. It's a little expensive. I was pretty disappointed with sekuwa I bought last time. Usually, I thought of sekuwa order like a khaja set, but they only had sekuwa in jhir. Please revisit your menu to accommodate customers needs. Thanks.

I live a mile away from this place,,I always felt there is need of new Nepali food place because of others not being clean, not focused on customer service, health n hygiene,, thought to try this wknd but already saw bad reviews on Google so ll pass this time...if u just opened and already have bad reviews something ain't right... usually in the beginning people do good to at least earn a reputation or for mouth publicity esp in Irving......I wasn't planning to write this but earlier post mentioned u deleted the post so m writing it...gud luck for ur business... hopefully one day ll try n write my review...but u need to know reviews goes a long way...

Mr Laalmon, I don't have to take any criticisms from you or anybody as its not my business. I'm just trying to promote a restaurant where they serve very good foods and for the people I know. Seems like you have never been there, and you are like some of the people who always criticize no matter what others do, especially Nepalese, or you are like your name Laalmon, dark and round, heart being dark and a head being round, or vice versa, or you may be a friend of a competitor. Mr. drogba, The reviews at google are most likely from competitors or rivals or haters. If you read the reviews, you will know its personal and work of competitor/s or haters, and not professional. Rather than relying on reviews like this, go ahead and try something, their food is not even expensive, and you will know by yourself.

@diggy if you still have my comment that you deleted you will see I have no ill-intention with aspiring entrepreneurs. All I suggested was to focus on customer service and cleanliness since most of the Nepalese restaurants suck at this. Second, I suggested your sekuwa be not merely be "sekuwa in jhir", but rather be a khaha set. Also, your prices are little expensive. Standard momos at other places are 499 and you are charging 599 (there's my free service for you). You are just starting and your prices are already expensive. In order to stay competitive find what your rivals are charging (at least that's what Sam Walton used to do). Last but not the least , get some balls and face it since you are on your way of pursuing a great endeavor (running a business is not a joke). Peace

There is a good news and a silver lining here, from what I observe. ***Apologies for veering off your topic. I often do that in Sajha. I do not live in Dallas/Irving area. Have never been to the state of Texas. I do not have many friends. Therefore, I like coming here to Sajha*** Good news, from what I stereotype about Dallas area, seems that there are enough Nepali customers that this new and many existing Nepali restaurants can make a business out of a single demographics? The silver lining, from what I observe, is that 'khutta tanne', 'ek arka ko pragati dekhna na sakne', Yelp or Google critique being rife with personal attacks, subconscious racial observations are nothing new or unique to Nepali community. It seems like it is a human condition. To add to that, you can easily see that many other topical discussions here in Sajha also have 'ad hominem' comments. My education did not prepare me for critical & thoughtful analysis of observations or 'Logic'. I am trying to study Philosophy (Think by Simon Blackburn) and Logic (Deductive Logic by Warren Goldfarb) as a beginner, borrowing from my local library. I have no experience owning a business so I cannot imagine how hard it could be. (Edit: I do not mean that other commenters in this thread had ad hominem comments about either the OP or the Kabab N Curry. In fact, it looks like the commenter whose thread was deleted was critiquing about the way food was cooked or the style of service. The point about ad hominem is generic and not indented to conclude about this specific Post). I do like (or fantasize) the idea that I can set up a business in a city in the US and only speak Nepali and render to only Nepali demographics and still run a successful business.
