If you have an iphone no matter where you bought it or stole it, your are apple's customer and they will take care of you. However, the iPhone that you bought off ebay should still have warranty in order for them to swap it. You can check the warranty status by putting your IMEI at iphoneox.com. You can repair the home button for $40 at a repair shop around you. Most cell phone kiosks in mall have it.
