Anyone fill a form called "G-325A - Biographic Information" by yourself? There is a section there that says, "Applicant's employment last five years."

My friend worked 4 years without work permit on W2. My friend is wondering if she should list her previous jobs in this section. Should she be honest and list all those jobs or not? She is afraid if she lists the jobs, later on, USCIS will ask for further details and put her I-485 process in jeopardy.

Please provide your advice if you have been through this matter.

Dont fill without W2.

aalok1234, I asked my friend and she says that she has W2s from all those 4 years. What she is worried is that USCIS might ask her details on how she worked those 4 years without any work permit? So you think it is ok for her to list the jobs as long as she has the W2s?

Oh now i got it. If u have W2, i think u can put. USCIS doesn't go that much in details As lone as you have recent valid jobs, no need to be worry. Thanks.

I am sure somebody must have been through this dilemma. Mai le suneko hamro Nepali daju bhai, didi bahini also work as US Citizen when they are students and now they have GC. Please tell whether you put the past jobs in the form or not. Your advice on this matter is greatly appreciated.
