First off, all i see is random messages and cloud of uncertainity that you exibit in your statement. I really dont get what you are saying,

1. " i am gc holder n commin nov"  what does this mean? are you going to be a GC holder in november? or are you green card holder who is going to go to nepal in november?

2. "i am going to marry in nepal " But where are you at rite now? in nepal or in US?

3.From where are you going to process the paper work? and you also say you are looking for experience mates? what in earth does that mean? is experience mates the person whom you are going to get married with or are they going to giving your experienced advice on it?

4. If you are a green card holder and want to do the paper work by for your spouce in nepal or in us its gonna take a while. Usually 5-8 years according to the visa bulletin. Check it at USCIS.gov. If you are a citizen then thats a different story. It would only take 2-3 months to the most. Your best bet would be to get her here in some other kind of visa and then extend the stay or change it to other immigrant status.

Anyway if you are reading this then please be clear next time with your question. Thanks and best of luck.

Oh man...why do people not consult lawyers in these cases? They think a Sajha advice is good enough to play around with their status and other important areas? Not that I am discounting the knowledge of Sajha people but these cases are serious and a lawyer input is important...

Just my idea...
