The best thing you can do is get a Baron's GRE book. It has something like 3500 words. There is no way you can get em all but read them . They are more then enough.

Try to go through Baron's high frequency words. Then, go through high frequency words in Word Power Made Easy (Norman Lewis), which will be total of like 1200 words. U'll be in good shape. Then, try to explore more if u have time
