Cheers for the clips - made my day! :-) Busy beavering away at the weekend routines with a heavy head from last night - I must have had a few sips at G&Ts and Merlot too many! Then there was champaigne too. You crack me up totally man! I considered myself pretty fit till I read your post. Dude, I actually haven't done push-ups in a while now - maybe I'll try tomorrow morning and see how I fare ...ha ha ha I guess I had other forms of excercise to keep me in what I thought was 'shape' - that is until now. You're making us all feel unfit now. I need to dig up those gymn coupons now that came in the mail :)
