You all cricket lovers may not know that a Nepali cricket FanClub is being registered soon and going to work in its field. As a volunteer member of FanClub, I would like you Nepali cricket lovers to join the fan club and make ur presence felt there.
After the dismal performance of Nepal in ACC trophy semifianls n third place play off, the fans have decided not to curse CAN (Cricket Association of Nepal) but to work on it to go ahead. We have cursed CAN a lot, but from now on we wont curse them unless we prove tham that what can be done with small efforts.
Our players have immense talent and potentiality. Players like Binod Das, Mehabbob Alam, Sarad Veshwakar, Shakti Gauchan, Dhirendra Chand (Kaniska Chaugain, who left Nepal) are capable to compete in top fight. If they were in any other country, their position would have been very diffrent. Why cannot we make them count? So, keeping this in mind, we fans united at NepalCricket.com have decided and started working for the registration and a show match to begin with, but its just the begining. We are in the right direction to step ahead, and rise Nepali cricket to next standard.

I am pleased to inform you cricket loving guys here that we had a fan club gathering organised.

Althoug the start was disappointing with just 13 people attending at two diffrent venue and 2 over the phone. JYC ground at kathmandu had 7 people attending the gathering in the leadership of Ujjwal, the webmanager of NepalCricket.com, along with him was Former Nepali Skipper Pawan Agrawal. Biratnagar was another venue, where 5 fans gathered in the leadership of Mr. Bharat shrestha, a Nepali cricket activist. Binodbikash(myself) n Ashok Shah from birjung were the ones on the phone.

The major achievement of the gatherng was planning of next gathering and decision to advertise our FanClub by others means as well. It is a disappointing start but a start is what is needed, as we all know Rome was ont built in oneday.
