Why is Gyanendra interested in playing with constitution like cat plays with mouse. He can straight away go ahead and scrap off this constitution and write one on his own with whatever he wants...

After that everyone will have clear view of Gyanendra's politics move, then we as a general public could think of supporting him or throwing him....

Why to waste time playing this cat and mouse game?

He does not like constitution because he knows for sure he cannot stick to the articles of the constitution for a bit of time. He cannot pass a decision without violating at least an article of any constitution you make. He does not want to shoot at his own foot and realize that it hurts. Why would you care about it as long as you can blindly choose the number of an article to pass a royal ordinance at your whim?

And you said waste time? Do you think KG has any time to waste? H's heftily paid, dude. And for sure he does not want you have any view of him, any time anywhere.
