 EB3 Processing timeline

Hi sathi haru,
mero auta question chha EB3 visa processing ko bare. mero company le mero EB3 visa processing suru gareko 3month vayo.. company ko attorney anusar. company le mero prevailing wages file gareko chha re. ma currently OPT ma ni chhu.
as you guys know tps working permit ni 1year extend vayako chha so, kasaiko EB3 process bata green card paunu vaya ko chha vaya tapai ko kati samaya lagyo or aba kati samay lagchha please share garidinu hola.

Prevailing wage: 3-4 months
Recruitment process: 2-3 months
PERM: 5-8 month
Add 1-2 months for lawyer paperwork in between steps
So 10-16 months before filing i140 and i485
If EB3 stays current till then, i140 and i485 can be filed together.

Depending on location, i485 processing could be 8- 30 months or more.
