Huff post had an interesting discussion going on, in the lines of "would you visit the place you want to visit, if you could not take your camera?"

Given, that carrying a bulky DSLR and strolling around to portray a wanna-be photographer has become the norm of the Age, it made me think. And i have reached a conclusion "YES".
As much as i yearn to be part of the social media trend, i do not consider myself one of those that "needs" to define my existance and lifestyle by plastering pictures on FB, or take pictures of delicately laid out food platter to hopefully irk someone else's gastronomy visual. Also as much as i like pictures and the instant visual it conveys, i rather occupy a chair in a table with people and good conversation rather than give all my attention to my fancy portable gadget with a constant internet connection to boast.

What do you think??
