Hey all....
Does any of you have a suggestion on making a good...wah wah bhanne dinner without much effort??? other than of course ordering through the nearest restaurant???
If somebody has a good recipe to make a nice dinner...nothing fancy...just a simple dinner...please let me know!!! Im pretty new to cooking, but I already bragged about being a real good cook....so please help me keep my nakh!!!

Hey all, thanks for so much support...anyway...I went with Hushpuppys idea...Thanks Hush, Bought an expensive wine..cost me like $29.99....was real good....Got some french toast....turned out it was garlic bread....had butter all over it (too much fat)....Spaghetti worked out pretty good....(learnt one thing...you need to add a lil oil before you boil the spaghetti)....didnt have meatballs...so I cut some of my burger patties...and put that on it.....teti gardai ma late bhayi sakyo...so just got Breyers Icecream with chocolate topped over it!!!

Thanks a heap everyone!!! Learnt a lot first time!!!!.....learnt wine goes real good with icecream...in the end:)!!!

Thanks Hellbound! It's going to be a Fishy Friday pour moi!

DC virus, here is something I used to do in my working/studying/starving/dying/exhausted days.


Chicken Curry for the lazy or the exhausted:

Get a bottle of hot salsa, fry the content in hot oil (4 tble spoonfuls), dice and put in chicken pieces, put a little besar, salt and sliced jalepenos, add some water, cover and cook until chicken is ready. Voila! Chicken curry at your tips without cutting onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes (the salsa has it all)! Serve with rice.

instead of veg oil. Have you tried baking it?
I tend to stick with baking for all food @ least now... except "sukuti" (o:

that's called a couch potato dinner... "spaghetti with a pre made ragu" dyamn... How do ppl stand that RAGU... tastes so awful.. even the one with garlic.. yuk..
u know what? I used 2 lyk that when i was a freshman.. bharkhar nepal bata aayeko .. tesh bela khayinthiyo.. by junior year ... RAGU is the worst thing i cud ever eat (o:
Staple diet spaghetti (o: Jut my 2 cents...

mero favorite baked potatoes and baked fish. bean casserole"

Baked Potatoes:
1. Very easy. Throw the dyamn potatoes in the oven cook it for lyk 20 mins @ 200 F.
2. If i am craving for a little bit of cholesterol. Then I slice them in about 1.5 inches. meaning eight pieces out of a regular potatoes. just massage them with oil. peel off some garlic and slice them in quarters. sprinkle some salt and pepper and throw them in the oven @ 300 for 20 mins..

Baked fish:
1. Follow whatever Hellbound says.. Instead of pan and frying with veg oil. Just throw it in the oven @ 300F for 10 mins.. . Salmon is the best..

Bean casserole:
Ingredients: 1 can of cream of mushroom
milk or water [ ur preference]
10 oz fried onions. [ they sell it in cans in any supermarkets]
1lb green beans.

1. split those green beans stems in pieces [ about an inches]
2. thin that can of soup [ cream of mushroom ] either with milk or water.
3. put those beans on the container with the soup. mix them.
4. sprinkle about 5 oz i.e. [ half of fried onions]
4. @350 F bake for 30 mins.
5. stir it and sprinkle the remaining half fried onions and bake it for 10min.

i hate tuna though.. too much mayo..

i wud prefer just chicken with some onions, tomatoes slices, banana peppers. toasted it for lyk 50 seconds.
then with Chipotle .. Jalapeno Peppers.. on the side..
with Baked Lays and Water..

That wud be lyk 240+110= 350 calories with 7 gms of Fat and 2mg cholesterol....
My lunch (o:

U r always welcome 2 try out my cooking... and after that I will have to kick u out in a week coz u will gain so much weight that u wud b no fun anymore (o:

Fish is very tender meat. It doesn't take any longer than 10 min to cook. You may cook either way: bake it in oven or cook it in pan until it turns brown. Originally, I was gonna advise him to bake. But it seems like Virus is too lazy bum. So, he may forget about the fish and burn all whole house with the smell of fish;)

Guys, was just wondering if any of ya'll have recipe to make MASU KHO ACHAR. I get sent from back home every now and then but can't seem to get over it!! I'd finish that thing in bout a week time and will have to wait for another few months before they will resend me again!! If only I knew how to make it, I'd eat the damn thang everyday!! Appreciate it in advance:)
