I know what you mean... loshey huncha (lethargic) even when u had like 10 hrs of sleep you still can't find the energy to walk to the nearest QuickTrip. I dunno, but I try not to think about it too much and keep myself occupied :D

well go to the doctor anyways and get your thyroids checked......That can make you lazy, sleepy and inactive. All other sickenss like sleep apnea, blood preassure is when our thyroid glands go inactive.........If you had a good night sleep.......Its unusual to feel sleepy at work.....I used to feel damn sleepy at work, tired and lazy even after 8 hours of sleep I even excercise a lot I lift weights and practise martial arts and still I was feeling low everyday........My visit to the doctor revealed that my thyroids were inactive and after taking medication................I havent felt so good, fresh & Alive since god knows how long......So do the right thing...see a doctor.

I used to have similar things.... I once slept while working seriously..... I went through disciplinary procedure at work for that but said my problem,,, I do not drink alcohol, sleep well, physically fit, do excercise too... My manager suggested me to see my doctor.... The doctor send me for various test like blood sugar, thyroid, HB count.... all thing he could think of... and nothing came as a result..... then he asked me.... how much water I drink... i said hardly any.... he told me to drink a lot of water... and I did PROBLEM SOLVED !!!!
