Manaslu, ‘The Spirit Mountain’ is the eighth highest mountain in the world, 8,163 meters (26,781 ft.) above sea level. After the tragic 2015 earthquake that Gorkha district had to endure everyone was of the notion that Manslu is no more. Many judged Manslu as an unsafe trekking destination without any proper analysis. Here we are giving you an account on what it was really like while trekking in the region of enchanting valley of Manaslu.
