 Cajunboy,

Man!!! I have never realised "Khusi" and "Sukha" are two different things. Eventhough I have everything in US, I always felt like I was missing something, Now you made me realise that I acquired "Sukha" in US but left my "Khusi" in Nepal.

But question is, What do we live for...."Khusi" or "Sukha"?

Anyway Happy Dashai to you all.

Jhilke

Jhilke, the answer is not simple. Ultimately, we want Khushi, but for most of us, Khushi comes only when we are sukhi.

jhilke bro,
I only realised after coming here in States that sukha and khusi are two absolute different things. We live in air conditioned house, even our restrooms are air conditioned. Nice cars, designer clothes, parties...only to name few ,,we have like everything but the thing is like we are still missing something...i dont know what exactly is that but may be its that "khusi" !! Sometime I feel like living almost 2 decades in Nepal We are so addicted to the problems we have back there ,,may be thats what we are missing ( doesn't make sense right...lol). Let me give you one example, last month we had power cut in our apartment for like 20 mins. Those 20 minns brought back so many memories of loadsheding  back home. We used to play lukamari, we dint had to study at the evening coz there was no electricity, and as always it was Grand Pa's story telling time. And I felt like I am even missing the loadsheding...lol...

@_NAS: I hope you are in US and have a Sukhi life....Are you Khusi? Or waiting for time to be Khusi?
@canjunboy: You made me miss my home so bad even though I was there last week. I felt so bad leaving in right before Dashai :(
