Need Help. Do we have to show the Bank statement or Just a letter from bank saying the required amount in the bank in that date?? Coz for the statement, it will be really hard to keep balance 12-13 thousand dollars. If it is merely a letter from bank like we got while applying F-1 visa back in Nepal then it's cool otherwise it is hard.

I have a rather difficult issue:

I studied in India for 5 years and as per the Canada immigration rule, need police report from Indian government as well.

I have been trying to contact the Indian Embassy/consulate but so far no reply. Anyone with similar experience?

Also, do we require all our family members information ? like brothers, sisters, sister in law, etc? If someone could help.......please!

 

HELP anyone!!!

Heres some process:
1. Show seriousness. With that comes some serious research
2. Collect Date of Birth Certificate, Marriage if married, Passport copies, Copies of all certificates, Pictures of all your family members PP Sized and related docs
3. in last 10 years, since your 18th Birthday if you have lived anywhere out for more than 6 consecutive months, show address - So if you want less hassle, show less than that.
4. India or any other residency can be proved by Embassy. At Nepal or at US or respective country. Approach at KTM, you will save time, and even 50$ you will have to pay if done at DC. They even ask you for passport to be mailed.
5. Prepare 18$ money order, send to FBI for finger print verification, takes 10 weeks. Start now. Go to local police, ask for finger print on (THEIR PAPER IS FINE) and send with money order
6. Show Nepal or US or any experince with minimum 10K USD balance. try for US account.
7. Send Letter from your college Eng Professor supporting your eng skills
8. With impressive package you prepare, chances are, you may not have to approach for interview.
9. They will send Medical Papers, u get 60 days to finish it, Once done, u need to set foot within next 364 days into your dream land of Canada.
10. Once in, at Boarder they take pic and process your docs. You can either wait about 7 to 21 days for your PR card and return with it, or be back same day, get it mailed to your fren's place and ask them to mail to US. DO NOT GIVE US ADDRESS OR ASK THEM TO MAIL TO US. Then, you MUST stay in Canada for 2 out of 5 years to maintain your status, or 3 out of 5 years to get Canadian Citizenship. if you get that lucky, you will then be able to get TN visa easily for jobs and to come to the US.

Manikab - Yes, you need complete info of all your COMPLETE set of family members, including adopted, half brother/sister, their DOB, their current address. Even of your in-laws if you are applying with your wife.
67 points is requirement. If you are at Bachelors or at Masters, you need not wait to finish it. Just get the certificate from the college that shows, you have "Enrolled" in those classes or semester (last or about to finish if any I mean), you can that way present show your transcripts later.
----> if you cannot have somebody get your police clearance certificate - if you need it - from their embassy in KTM, fill this and send it, WITHOUT PASSPORT. If they ask you passport, you can send, they will stamp with clearance.
