Do any of you guys know of anyone coming to US with a vocational training (M1) visa. How does that work? My friend badly needs to come to US. It has been a while he quit his bachelor's degree studies in Nepal so I do not think he can come on a F1 visa. How is the best way he can come to US. Any suggestions?

thanks folks

Thanks hyperthread for your reply. But apparantly even if a US college provides him with I-20, I do not think the US embassy would be generous enough to give him VISA. After all he quit his studies long time ago.
