But believe me, being a vegetarian will decrease your sexual appetite. Certainly, but it will make you feel lighter. Your power of sensuality will increase so that you enjoy life more. You will live more by your heart than by head. An experience one has just after taking a shower will be there. When you pass by a momocha shop, your mouth will be full of water but your great experience inside will win your temptation. Love and be kind to yourself and give up eating others for the sake of taste.

When you eat meat dishes with your meals, it over-rides the tastes of other dishes. You won't enjoy others as much as you'd really have. A vegetarian will have a different sort of mind - calm and tranquil. For example, look at a tiger and a deer. How restless is a tiger and how calm is a cow? Be a cow and give milk. Ha...haa.. My experience is that unless we are calm, we don't enjoy life and one of the ways of becoming calm is to be a Vegetarian. I'm an eggeatarian. Some are Fisheatarian. Ha..haa...

Nice inspiring wold Buddhu, yeah if only we were not in this mad rush. However, slow evolution is better, as we evolved to pick up insects and to all you name it. Aggression and decreased sex libidos, andropause, menopause complications in current anthropological surrounding and all the food deficiency complications needs second look too. Aging population in many countries, emmerging diseases, decreased immune systems and malnutrition in many more countries, seeks a solution too. Just a question for you? Veg for health/ concern/ spritual/ compassion reason? Can you advise on easy steps of transitions from whatever that fills to vege.

Hi, dear... Thanks. It's difficult I know, as giving up smoking. Everybody is different so you have to find a solution for yourself, nobody else. A strong desire is the most important. I was so much meat-lover that never a single day was without meat. But due to same reason, I could feel the difference in me now. The tranquil mind I've now can beat any temptations, I repeat again A new vegetarian needs to eat a lot of soybean stuffs like tofu, fruits, green vegetables. Unitl all the poisons of your body is excreted - the great feelings I mentioned is hard to achieve, takes at least three months.

You mean "detoxification" right, but don't you think like they say "iron cuts the iron or diamond the diamond" we will need some amount of poison to eliminate all the toxins and harmful chemicals that enter our food system including air and water? Just my few cents, yeah tofu is right choice, but it has its own problem prenatal feminization, and all mental sexual variations. Yeah smoking is right example, Mark Twin did rightly mentioed that "there is nothing much easier than to stop smoking, I have done it more than 200 times"
