The RSP Convention
The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has conducted its first General Convention, four years since its formation, and our old school chor parties are like... how the hell did we mess up?
Rabi Lamichhane must be proud today. And all you NRNs out there, if you do intend to get into this 'Politics' thing, then you can learn a thing or two from our Subway man!
In 2022, when Rabi decided to start off with his own political party, most of our political pundits and so-called chor patrakars did not expect him and his party to be part of our political game! Rabi wanted to ring the ghanti to get rid of corruption in this land, and some of us, swing voters, decided to vote for RSP and bring a minor political earthquake then.
But everything changed after the Gen Z massacre last year, and Balen's decision to join hands with RSP was the main reason for the almost two-thirds majority in the House today. Rabi has suffered a lot in the past few years after he decided to take on Arzoo Didi and the Congressi cartel when he was the Home Minister.
Thanks to our shady byaparis, the Congressi and the UML decided to join hands instead and send Rabi all over the country to face charges of cooperative fraud, money laundering and organized crime.
In my personal opinion, Rabi is not a pure, clean soul, and we aren't either, but if it weren't for Balen's popularity, RSP would still be a part of the same old mili-juli political cartel running this country to ruin!
I think Rabi would not have gotten in so much legal trouble if the RSP had not decided to join the government in 2022! Hope someday, we will finally see Baley Khand in prison and our lovely didi, Arzoo, as well, for her chiya kharcha from the fake Bhutanese refugee scam and now, the passport Kanda as well!
You may hate RSP or Rabi or Balen or all Ghantis, but all of us do know that Rabi will keep on winning from Chitwan-2 for the rest of his life because the folks down there do trust him and believe in his vision to bring some changes in our country. The man had to fight the election a second time and still won overwhelmingly, even after his Nagarikta Kanda back then, unlike Prachanda, who has been running to safe havens to win his parliamentary seat every election!
Rabi's arrest then was a pure political natak by the Congressi and the UML to save their own arses! If Rabi was personally involved in taking loans from our sahakaaris and using them to fund his stuff, then he should be held liable. But the real story is that GB Rai, the real mastermind, actually used hundreds of crores of cooperative cash to fund his media empire, and Rabi was made the scapegoat for that mess. GB bro also used tons of that money to fund AP and even Kantipur at times!
And our justices, most of them old school party jholey, continued to issue arrest warrants and even sent him to prison while awaiting trial for the so-called cooperative fraud! If it weren't for the Gen Z massacre, Rabi would still be in prison under these charges, and Prithivi Subba Gurung would still be acting like a Mafia underboss, and Oli would have fulfilled his dream to be a dictator in this country!
The old school jholey call him a 'thug', not the Amriki version but the Nepali one, which means, cheat hola ni! He is still going to court, and let's hope the justices will finally realize that they need to do justice instead of following Oli's orders. Oli is no longer relevant, and our jholey justices better realize this, quit their jobs, and go home and pray that this new government will not investigate their illegal wealth as well!
Let's wish the RSP wallahs all the best and congratulate them for winning the hearts and minds of the majority of Nepali voters. Let the same old Congressi, UML, and the Maoist (CUM) chors blame foreign conspiracy and algorithm and and what not for the rise of the RSP. They had their chances in the past two decades, and they looted till they were booted from power and let us pray that these old chors will never make a comeback in our political game ever again!
