Huna ta yo post eta ni raixa.
I'm wondering the reasons behind it? I feel it is partially due to lack of nutrition. I remember that we struggled to eat good food. My height is around 5 ft 9 inch. But I feel I'm too short. Every girl 1-2 year younger than me is around or more than my height.
Boys ko ta kurai nagarau. It's absolutely annoying to be a short dude relatively. It's surprising that 5,9 is short in cities of Nepal nowadays in this generation.

You are onto something. For the most part height/built is down to genetics but I feel like eating habits definitely changed(in cities) around the late 90's/early 2000's to more meat/protein in their diet from primarily consuming dal, bhai, aloo, saag and roti etc.
I also think families/parents becoming aware of the nutrients, food needed for child growth and rise of use in baby food, formula has played some role.
