h4 takes less than or equal to 6 months not 1.6 years to adjust from f1/tps. country cap removal is just a gossip it will take at least 5 years even if it comes to effect which is very unlikely . the case is simple and straight forward . the complication you have had or having is just your personal problem that you had discussed here in sajha in your earlier post which is now edited/deleted . its better to talk to your lawyer and take his advise
