 Priya, sajha ka Daju bhai haru
I heard that that Ca is not granting asylum as it used to grant before. I also heard that date for interview is not quick. Some people had to wait more than a year to get interview date . Is this true? Somebody told that filing asylum from VA would be much better than from CA or NY.
Texas is also welcoming these days.
I guess some of you have gone throught this. I will be glad to know the facts behind it.
Please post what you know.
