You have to be a citizen of the US in order to get the voters registration form. What you highlighted simply means you don’t need a proof of citizenship since one has already done so in order to get the voters registration form. But people like Trump are not dangerous @sexyInSari. in local referendums, non-citizens are residents. They pay taxes. The deal is that they should have a say. No taxation without representation. As for elections of officials, that’s in Court. I think it was found illegal in one jurisdiction.

Again, no state allows that to happen in this country. Keep in mind that Washington DC is not a state and I stand by what I said. We all need to be critical thinkers, we should not just believe what others say, validate everything even your own beliefs. Be humble, polite and kind to each other. We’re all in this together.
