People have their own way of breaking ice. Some people talk about weather, some about job and some about the above. I don't see any issues with these questions being asked.

These questions along with kasto motayako and kasto dubliyako used to be acceptable icebreakers for us. But over the time we accustomed overselves with new cuktures and now these questions are taken as too personal or nosy offe sive attempts by our brain. We jave changed.
