Anybody gotten the TPS EAD extension alert notice (i797) thing? online or via post?
Not sure the timeline of this? any insights? Don't see on my online account. Has anyone gotten via post yet?
@apunge- its because Meronepal1 constantly thinks about feces and his mind is filled with it. We will support all our fellows who are in TPS and are working diligently to provide for their families!
@apunge: I called USCIS today and they confirmed that a the extension notice has been mailed to my current address. It might be worth calling again. Z

@sajhabus create online account and try to add the case with IOE number, request for new online access code (one of my coworker got within 2 days, it says upto 10 days in the website), added the case and downloaded the I797 from the online account.
@sajhabus, they aren't able to confirm. I called few times already. They don't have the info and say they need to escalate to tier2? how were you able to confirm?
Hmm... I called them and they said that the notice has been sent on 6/24. They confirmed it was the tps EAD extension. Maybe the person i talked to was more experienced than others. She didn't escalate. You don't see it in the documents tab in your online account?

Anyone who got the hard copy and didn't have in their online account? I can't find help calling USCIS. All they say is what is available online
I filed for re-registration online in December, still haven't received I797 in mail or online, anyone in similar situation?
@rosa many people seem to not have received it yet regardless of whether they filed for re registration. I was told by USCIS on the phone that mine was mailed on 6/24 so I'm expecting to receive it in the next few days.
@Rosa1234, I applied for TPS same time, EAD only last month though.
For those who have not received the notice, what have you told your employer? Are they fine with waiting past 6/30?
waiting to be placed on unpaid leave of absence.
Failure to receive your Form I-797C, Notice of Action by July 1, 2024, may be attributed to failure to update your new address in your account. Please note that the Form I-797C will be sent to the address where your last Employment Authorization
card was mailed when approved. Ensure that your account information is current to avoid delays in receiving important correspondence. If you need assistance please contact the information below.

This is concerning @sexy-in-sari. my last card was approved long time ago and since then I have moved multiple times. I get USCIS correspondences in my new address, which should mean USCIS would send the new doc in my new address? But I heard here from some people that their doc was posted online in last approved EAD application page. That definitely is concerning and seeds doubt in my mind if they sent it on my old address. Where did you copy this from? Mind posting the link? I am interested on the email at the bottom.
@apunge Try adding a case in your account by using the IOE number. You will be asked to provide online access code. You will need to request a new code since the online access code expires within a month or so. You should get it mailed to you within a week. You should also be able to provide them with USCIS notice on Nepal TPS page.
Not sure what you mean @pirati. I do have online account that only has new TPS re-registration and new EAD application and not the one that was approved probably in 2017/18. I tried adding old EAD case just to see if the new document is available there, I cannot add it. Weirdly, it says the case is linked to another account.
@apunge you have create different account with different email address, for some reason you cannot add another case in your existing account with already have case. Hope it makes sense.
