TPS advance parole Travel document i-131, Class of Admission ?
Any idea what would be the correct answer for the "class of admission" for TPS person applying for travel document ?
It's on the first page of Form I -131, on right side Part 1, other information, number 6 (after Country of birth and Country of Citizenship)
What is the right way to confirm this info?
Apparently AP takes 4 to 16 months

I m waiting since December 22 2023 not even get biometric notice
They updated my case with Bio(reuse) on Dec 18th, tespachi khi nai
I think they will approve your TPS first then advance parole!
Bharkhar mero update bhayo. Sep ma apply gareko. Advanced parole document is produced re. TPS chai approve bhako chaina ahile samma. Aba khile samma ko aaucha chai tha bhayena. Tyo chai aaye pachi bhanaula.

Shreeram your advance parole took 8 months ?? You can use your prior approved tps for that.

@Sampurna it’s little over 9 months. September ma ta tehi ta ho ni. Attorney le gare humcha bhanyo. TPS re-register garyo bhane approve nabhaye ni 2025 sammai aaucha bhanthyo. Hopefully tehi nai aaula. June 2024 aayo bhane ta aauda aaudai expire huncha ta.

Usally advance parole doesnt take that long . Mine took 4.5 month last time when i applied .

The first thing it says is below: This form is for applying to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the following travel documents: Advance Parole Document for Individuals Outside the United States: The granting of an Advance Parole Document for individuals outside the United States is an extraordinary measure used sparingly to allow an otherwise inadmissible alien to travel to the United States and to seek parole into the United States for a temporary period of time due to urgent humanitarian reasons or for significant public benefit (significant public benefit parole is typically limited to law enforcement or homeland security-related reasons). An Advance Parole Document cannot be used to circumvent normal visa-issuance procedures and is not a means to bypass delays in visa issuance. I am not sure what this means and hesitant on continuing. Please advise. Thank you in advance.
TPS wala le garna milcha. Tara online mildaina jasto lagya cha hai. Paper file garnu parcha hola. Mero ta attorney le paper gardya thyo. I might be wrong. Tara travel document file Garda kehi problem hudaina.

Yes Advance parole through TPS needs to be in paper! If you file online they will reject your application and won't refund your fees. So just file in paper. For reason you can put you want to go visit Family for Dashain and Tihar considering its a big festival similar to Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Those who have their AP approval, what did you write in the letter that says explain how you qualify and what circumstances warrant issuance?
