My parent has a 5 years of Visa ,and they are planning to come to US. I am hearing that they will not be allowed to stay 6 months in US like before after the arrival now a day. Has anyone been to this situation?
I am hearing from few folks that for Visiting Visa, immgraton are allowing to stay for 1 month in US these day after the parents lands in US.
