All Communists Unite?

When it comes to Nepali politics, our communist lot seems to be one of a kind. Our comrades first break up and create their own factions and even a different political party, and when they sense their end, they re-group and unite so that they can be politically relevant again.

Our great comrades Oli and Prachanda plan to join hands again because if they don't, then this Balen government's mission to investigate all shady deals since the past two decades will probably send them to jail for a decade or two.

We have seen the same natak before, and even when they had their chances after having two-thirds majority, their marriage did not last long, and the Gen Z massacre and the elections after that have brought not only electoral losses but also great danger to their own existence as so-called political masters.

The UML-Maoist alliance go back to 2017, and we saw their majority government come to an end due to bhaag-banda in the mili-juli loot-tantra. And their post-2022 love affair lasted not even a quarter.

Once again, all our communists are beating the drums of unity and think that their 25 seats (UML) and 17 seats (NCP) will be enough to defend our constitution and national sovereignty. Oli is calling for all nationalists to unite against this government. For them, the Balen Sarkar is scarier than the Panchayati Raj. For most of the public, Balen Sarkar is doing its best to punish the shady byaparis, chor netas and their jholeys for bleeding this country dry by evading taxes, grabbing public land and minting money off government contracts.

Today, they plan a grand reunion, and it happens to be the 75th birth anniversary of the late Madan Bhandari. If Bhandari were alive till now, the likes of Oli, Makune and Jhallu Snake Venom Baba and even the Maoists, would not have had the chance to be in the hot seat and loot the country dry.

The UML is worried because the former Finance Minister, Bishnu Poudel is under investigation for illegal wealth and money laundering. Prachanda knows very well that his time will come as well. I still don't understand how Renu Dahal became a Mayor when she has all Indian IDs and even owns properties in India, along with Ganga Dahal as they were both married off to Indian Nepali citizens back then.

The UML calls it a political vendetta and thinks that all netas are above the law while civil servants and IGPs go to jail for their misdeeds. I think our comrades realize that the 'communist' brand is no longer in vogue. After all, our communists never actually read Marx. Most of the so-called communist jholey own our private schools, private hospitals and the transportation sector.

If they really were communist, then maybe they would have worked towards providing free education, health care, and affordable housing and food for the public. The left-wing and the right-wing wallahs must realize that their formula doesn't work anymore in this AI age.

Let the communists unite. They think that they have enough manpower to do the same dhoong-haaning, railing-bhaaching and burning tyres on our streets, but why don't they realize that this RSP government is here to stay till the next election? This ain't no mili-juli coalition loot Sarkar like in the past two decades. PM Balen will run the country, Rabi brother will run RSP.

Our comrades can just wait for the old files to open and prepare to spend some time in our prisons, because unless they flee, this government is coming after them. And it's not a political vendetta but just a simple audit of their past misdeeds, which made them, their dear and near ones and the shady byaparis billions, while 5 million+ youth work abroad to send billions of dollars home to keep our economy afloat.
