It's called क्र्यान्बेरी in Nepali like स्ट्रबेरी

Nepali Aiselu is Wild raspberries , cranberries may be cranberries in nepali also !

 हाम्रो तिर(Easter Nepal), जमुना र, बिकसित रुप(HYBRID ) लाई फदिर Fadir नि भन्छन. But I am not sure, this is the same one as cranberry or not. In Ayurbedic Medication, Jamuna seeds and leaves are mostly used to maintain blood pressure & maintaining the glucose level i.e. Diabetics.

खोइ, क्रेन्बेरी लाइ के भन्छ / हुनत नेपालीमा थुप्रै तेस्ता बेर्री परिवारमा आउने थुप्रै छन्. जस्तै कि चुत्रो, काफल, अनि ऐसेलु. अंग्रेजीमा के भन्छन मलाई पनि थाहा छैन.

नेपाली शब्द कोस हेर्नु पर्ला , आयातित अर्थात जुन कुरा त्यो समाजमा थिएँ र बाहिर बाट पछी आयो भने तेस्को कित न्वारन गर्नु पर्यो कित हु बहु प्रयोग गर्नु पर्यो . तर कहिले काही Organic लाइ जैविक को ठाउमा लैंगिक भनि न्वारन गर्ने पनि देखिए . एईसेलु जात मा पर्ने भएर क्यान्सेलु or टोप्रे  भन्दा कसो होला? फ डिर , जमुना जाति मा पर्छ जस्तो लागें ?

I have checked lots of dictionaries. Most of them don't have the word. The ones that have it just translate whatever meaning given by English dictionaries. Anyway, many thanks to all the friends who tried to provide answers.

Karauda...... करौंदा...  karouna ....करौना. ( pronouncation depends on place to place)...Eternalsunshine is right.. It's  found in Terai.
