Now that TPS is in the hands of the Trump administration, are we sure that TPS for Nepal is going to be terminated? Is there any hope? Previously, people were protesting, fighting, and going to court, which blocked the termination. However, I don’t see anything like that happening anymore online or anywhere else. Does this mean most people have converted their status from TPS to some other legal status and no longer care? Are people still going to go to court if termination happens, or will they stop fighting, and it will just quietly go away?
