new visa bulletin is very disappointing for Nepal . green card through employer nor takes 15+ years assuming your employer initiated labor certification TODAY . but for those, who have labor certification in early 2023 will not have so much affect . assuming you employer is not consulting form and you have a decent employer your chances are you will get green card by 2030. but if your perm is not initiated and depend on desi consultancy, ur cg will take at least 15 years from now . in this case marrying a girl in the US and having a baby and apply GC through baby seems to be better move wich again takes 20 + years . remember , Indian which have backlogs will take 150 years to get GC through employer . so what they do ? they come US have a US born kid here apply GC through baby and get GC within 20 years , which is better than having GC thrugh employer which will take 150 years and you wont last that long in this earth , guaranteed . I also spend 7 8 thousand for eb3 but no luck . EB3 green card takes around 15 years assuming your application is submitted this may . if you submitted may the 2025 chances are it will be pushed 3 4 years back . for EB3 better to marry have US born child and sponsor through with without any expenses . otherwise if you have TPS , marrige based then finger cross . but not to waste on consultancy for EB3 they will never say no as i am one of the victim . If your perm labout already certified before 2023 your lucky if its on 2024 wait for 10 years .

Perm certify huna aile 15 months to 2 year lagxha , assuming ur priority date is locked in jan 2026 , your will get GC by 2040 under eb3 and 2035 under eb2 , under current processing times and visa bulletin. So marrige based is the best option , biden admin is really slow and will continue to be slow , until there is new constitution?

For eb1 you dont need any employement , therefore no labor certification , no wage determinatiation , you can self petain wirhout comoany , so prerty fast green card within 1 year , attorny cost around 4500- 6000 depending,

Thats correct! Before 2022, priority date for nepal was always current . Which means if you adjust your status in jan 2021 you had chance to get GC by dec 2021 itself . But now its mid 2024 and they are still processing for april 2022. It seems they will take another 2 years to clear 2022 , then they will start for 2023 in 2027 , they will likely finish processing for 2023 by 2035 , then they will work for 2024 . This has happened for indian , chinese filopino for ages niw for Nepal.? I dunno what ti say?
