I have recieved a NOIR from uscis , got H1B 2022 , I have no status anymore , call the DOL first or Get a lawyer first . Whom do I report recruiter , Human Resources or the CEO of the consultancy and what to say I worked on H1B for less than a year . Multiple filing situation without me understanding what it really was .
