I have a decent project In Minnesota. I was looking for a decent partnership. I could pay him the salary as well as share 5 % of profit. It's really been hard to find a decent person, times have changed so much now. Previously I wish we could have this kind of opportunity I would have been so happy. I gues this is all due to new evolution of technology I believe. just expressing my feelings!!

You answered your question yourself. 5% profit is not partnership. You're just providing a bonus.
