yes they are! i am a citizen but i know somebody who did back and forth while in covid 21 . before travelling they take pre-authorization i guess, there is something called advance payroll or something like that . once you take authorization i think you are good for a year or until extension is valied . im not very familar with the terms and suitiation but im sure u can

Doesn’t it beat the purpose? The whole point of TPS is the country of origin is unlivable due to personal threat to the individual or any other problems which makes it unbearable to go back there. I guess people have gone to visit but I see it comes with its own risks.
