You better call embassy sajha. With out toefl and iels.. you can only go to dubai university and some other cheap ass universities in europe. BOL

Sajhaquery: Not too sure about the rules and stuff currently, however in the past some of the universities did accept IELTS and TOEFL and there were some universities who only accepted TOEFL. I myself did TOEFL while I applied in USA but I know some of my friends did IELTS as well.So, mostly likely acceptance of IELTS or TOEFL is based on the university that you are choosing but given it was long time back, I am not sure if rules are alike or not. You can check with university DSO for which you are applying or embassy for more info.

Thank you guys, I talked to recruiter. Like both of you mentioned above IELTS, TOEFL or even duolingo is accepted. I am thinking about applying for Fall 2022, will reach out to embassy for more information. If anyone or they know someone recently went to embassy for student visa, could you please share your experience?

English language requirements for foreign students are university requirements, not the embassy. If you can demonstrate to your university that you studied in English medium school and fluent in reading and writing, and the university admits you, then you don't need to take ielts or toefl. I know someone that got visa without taking ielts or toefl.
